Paksiw na ISda "Lapu - lapu" (Fish with vinegar sauce)

Ingredients:

1/2 kil. lapu lapu
1/2 c Vinegar
4 clove garlic; minced, union
2 ts Ginger; sliced
3 Hot chili pepper green
4 pcs, Okra
1/4 c Water

Instructions :

Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless steel pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Serves 3 - 4.
